Thatayaone Spich Diane

Thatayaone, more commonly known as Dee, graduated with Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences (Economics and Environmental Sciences) from the University of Botswana. With just over 12 years of experience in various disciplines. He initially worked in community-based natural resource management as a CBNRM specialist for 6 years before joining the mining industry where he started in the SHE department and later moved to production section. Diane was involved in load and haul, concrete works and pipeline projects. Dee joined WEPEX in 2018 and completed projects in lateral support, pilling, wire mess, odex drilling, anchor installation and other slope support related works at 3 different mines. Dee is currently based in Jwaneng mine.
